Physical Products

If you purchase a physical product from our website and you never receive it or it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days.

To request a replacement or refund, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If approved, we may offer:

A replacement item, or
A full or partial refund

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.

Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will help resolve the problem.

Freelance or Contract Work

For freelance or contract work:

Deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued.
If work has already started, refunds may be partial depending on the stage of completion.

Specific terms for freelance and contract work will be provided separately before the project begins.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
