Creative Services
Sydney Gatton provides custom design and illustration services, including but not limited to branding, book design, illustration, social media design, and creative support.
Each project begins with an agreed scope of work, timeline, pricing, and deliverables.
Payments: A deposit may be required before work begins. Projects will not begin until the required payment has been received and project details have been approved. Final files and deliverables will be provided once all agreed payments have been completed.
Revisions: Projects include the number of revisions outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Project Timelines: Estimated timelines are provided before projects begin. Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or changes in project scope may affect completion dates.
Cancellations: If a project is cancelled after work has begun, completed work and deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.
Sydney Gatton will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of our services is at your own risk. Please ensure you understand these limitations before utilizing our offerings.

Our site provide access to a range of creative services and products that include graphic designs, illustrations, and other creative content. All content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent. By purchasing a product from our shop, you agree to use it solely for personal, non-commercial, purposes. By purchasing a creative service , you agree that this does not automatically transfer copyright ownership. Clients receive the agreed-upon usage rights outlined in their project agreement. Additional licensing or ownership rights may be available upon request. We hold the right to terminate access to our services for any violation of these terms. Sydney Gatton holds the right to display completed projects in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.
